Some people are just more organized than others. They have the discipline to stick to a strict routine.
Some people just go with the flow. They learn what interests them the most and enjoy the learning process, even if that means a lack of discipline.
This will probably not change. It is not productive to blame yourself for not being disciplined enough, or not enjoying the process of learning.
I know some parts of the language learning process are more frustrating than others. But then comes the reward!
Being able to understand another language is an endless source of joy.
Being able to express one’s thoughts in a language that seemed completely foreign brings a tremendous sense of accomplishment and finding of another culture.
